Dive into the rhythm of Hatha Flow, a captivating new class at The Loft. Hatha is one of the oldest styles of yoga. The word hatha is a Sanskrit combination of the words "ha" (sun) and "tha" (moon), which is the union of opposites. The sun is heat, masculinity, and effort, while the moon's qualities are coolness, femininity, and surrender. Hatha yoga is designed to help us bring opposites together in our hearts, mind, and body. Immerse yourself in the art of finding fluidity on your mat, where every breath seamlessly guides your body through sequences of movement and grace.

In this dynamic session, you'll embark on a journey of self-discovery, building strength and flexibility in your yoga practice. Our experienced instructors will expertly guide you through a thoughtfully crafted sequence of postures and poses, creating a harmonious fusion of breath, movement, and mindfulness.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting your journey, Hatha Flow invites you to explore the boundless potential of your practice. Unleash the power of your breath and let the journey on your mat unfold with grace and vitality. This class is your invitation to a harmonious flow that transcends the ordinary – discover the magic of Hatha Flow at The Loft!

This class is a vibrant blend of empowerment and exploration, perfect for everyone! When we say perfect for everyone, what do we mean? You may not be able to do every single posture 'perfectly.' You'll be challenged in some way in every class – mentally or physically. Part of building up yoga practice is learning when to ease back from a pose and when to breathe into a pose. It's a balance. Your yoga is about you navigating that balance. So no, there's no class you can't do. There will be some postures in a class that you can't do… yet. But that's a good thing! Do what you can, and rest when you need; eventually, you'll be able to do a little more over time.

But first and foremost, try to approach your practice with kindness and empathy. And try to let go of your expectations! It's not about doing every pose. It's about connection.
