Step into a sanctuary of calmness with our Rest, Relax, Restore class at The Loft. Immerse yourself in the embrace of floor-based, supported yoga postures designed to gently release mental and physical stress. In this oasis of serenity, poses are lovingly held for a bit longer to cultivate flexible muscles and deeply restore and harmonize your nervous system's connection with your mind, spirit, and body.

This class is perfect for everyone! When we say perfect for everyone, what do we mean? You may not be able to do every single posture 'perfectly.' You'll be challenged in some way in every class – mentally or physically. Part of building up yoga practice is learning when to ease back from a pose and when to breathe into a pose. It's a balance. Your yoga is about you navigating that balance. So no, there's no class you can't do. There will be some postures in a class that you can't do… yet. But that's a good thing! Do what you can, and rest when you need; eventually, you'll be able to do a little more over time.

But first and foremost, try to approach your practice with kindness and empathy. And try to let go of your expectations! It's not about doing every pose. It's about connection.
