Meet Aimee Sarsons - this curvy woman brings her authentic self to her practice. Aimee believes that all bodies have the strength and holds space in her classes for folks to experience this power. Aimee has a background in social work and a master’s in counselling psychology, has completed 96 hours of Somatic Experiencing training and is a 200-hour trauma-informed yoga instructor.
Yoga helped me rediscover the self-compassion and strength I had lost over the past couple of years. I am familiar with how busy life can be and how we forget to care for ourselves.
